Paying your Arkansas Intercollegiate Choir registration by credit card - how to.


First, determine the amount due based on whether your college or university is sending 4, 8, 12, or 16 singers.(Basically, it's just $20 per person.)

Then, with credit card information in hand, click on the PayPal graphic below. Follow the instructions given by PayPal.

Thursday, February 15: 
12:00 – 1:00  Registration - St. Luke’s Episcopal 
1:00 – 5:00    Rehearsal - St. Luke’s Episcopal 
7:00 – 9:00    Rehearsal  - St. Luke’s Episcopal 

Friday, February 16:
8:00 – 11:00  Rehearsal - St Luke’s Episcopal
11:30 -1:00    Dress Rehearsal - Convention Center Hall A 
1:15-1:45       AIC Concert - Convention Center Hall A 

A brief summary of AIC details follows:

  • Each college/university may send a balanced quartet (SATB) or octet (SSAATTBB), chosen by the director. 
  • Participation fee—$20.00/student; covers registration and facility costs 
  • Each college is responsible for its own music, transportation, meals, and lodging.
  • Music has already been selected should be ordered from J&B Music.  Here is the link to the order form for the 2018 Arkansas Intercollegiate Choir Music 
  • Registration deadline is January 19th, 2018. 
  • Each participant should learn his/her music prior to February 18, as the clinician is expecting to begin polishing at the first rehearsal.
